Qatari Investors has announced that the EGM held on February 5th, 2018 will be postponed to February 28th, 2018 due to lack of quorum.

The Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will take place at 6:30pm at Al Daibel Hall, Four Seasons Hotel, to discuss the proposal of the Board of Directors to amend the Company’s Articles of Association in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law No. 11 of 2015 and the decisions of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, in particular the corporate governance and legal entities listed in the main market issued by the Board of Directors of Qatar Financial Markets Authority No. 5 of 2016.
