Qatari Investors Group has announced that the necessary quorum for the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Wednesday, 29th of May 2019 has not been met.

Therefore, subject to Article 139 of the Companies Law and Article 58 of the Company statute, an invitation for a third meeting shall be made after thirty days from the date of the second meeting.
