the Group, as well as the progress and achievements made. We also present to you the Corporate
Governance Report for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, along with the business
plan for 2025.
As we conclude another year filled with challenges and achievements, we take great pleasure in
sharing the progress and success that Qatari Investors Group has accomplished this year. Our
commitment to operational excellence, sustainable development, and innovative customer
service solutions has strengthened our position as a key partner in realizing Qatar’s National
Vision 2030 while continuing to generate added value for our shareholders.
Throughout 2024, Qatari Investors Group has reinforced its leadership across its diverse sectors.
The industrial sector played a pivotal role in supporting real estate and construction projects,
supplying high-quality cement materials that comply with both Qatari and globally recognized
standards, while adhering to environmentally friendly practices.
The Group also continued to develop projects in the transportation and logistics sector through
its distinguished brand, Europcar, enhancing its capabilities through strategic partnerships with
leading industrial sector players.
Moreover, through its technology sector, the Group provided integrated solutions in security
systems and digital protection, forming new partnerships to diversify its services and keep pace
with evolving technological advancements to meet local market demands.
From a financial perspective, the Group recorded revenues of QAR 501,358,928 and a net profit
of QAR 165,280,565, resulting in a net profit margin of 33% for the year 2024. Before interest,
taxes, depreciation, and amortization, the Group achieved earnings of QAR 299 million. Our
operational activities generated a cash flow of QAR 204 million, while total assets amounted to
QAR 4.6 billion as of December 31, 2024.
A review of the company’s performance for the financial year ending December 31, 2024,
allows us to assess the factors that have shaped the Group’s strategy over the years. Successive
Boards of Directors have successfully guided and led the executive management to uphold the
company’s sustainability and continuity plans, ensuring profitability for both the company and
its shareholders, even in challenging economic periods. The diversification of income sources
through investments in multiple sectors—primarily industrial, logistics, and security—has created
a balanced investment portfolio that stabilizes overall revenues, supports the investment sector,
and offsets potential downturns in any of these industries.
The Group’s results have been duly reflected in the audited financial statements and corresponding
disclosures. Additionally, the Group continues to strive for financial balance to support its growth
strategy while maintaining the necessary liquidity levels. In light of this, the Board of Directors
recommends a dividend distribution of QAR 0.13 per share.
The success of our corporate strategy over the past years motivates us to remain committed to
supporting investment diversification in 2025, ensuring further achievements that benefit both
the company and its shareholders alike.
Looking ahead to 2025, we aspire to accomplish even greater milestones by expanding our
operational activities, introducing new strategic initiatives, and forging effective partnerships
to strengthen our investment pillars while fostering economic growth and sustainability, in
alignment with Qatar’s National Vision 2030.
In conclusion, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all our shareholders and valued
partners. Your unwavering trust and vision remain fundamental to our success and continued
progress. We pledge to uphold excellence in performance and work diligently to meet and exceed
your expectations in the coming year.
